Author Mark Twain gave us something to ponder when he proclaimed, “The two most important days of your life are the day you are born—and the day you find out why.” Was he joking or deep within you, does this resonate as Truth?

Twain’s may have been riffing on dozens of Old Testament scriptures that declare God knew us before we were born. He is merely advancing that premise. We came to Earth from elsewhere, and we did it intentionally: We chose to visit a certain locale within a particular galaxy during a defined period of time with a revolving cast of humans to accomplish our individual or collective goals.

That might sound implausible to you. But how plausible (and fair) is it that you arrived here burdened with the blame of someone else’s mindless mistake? And that’s not all: You must spend your entire lifetime trying to shed that burden, or risk being tortured throughout all eternity. Is it any wonder most people think life is pointless while others search for purpose, not knowing they arrived with one; they simply forgot what it was?

Is it outlandish to believe that God is rational and fair?

Would you be willing to accept the blame for a relative’s, friend’s, neighbor’s,  sibling’s or stranger’s serious errors or crimes? Of course not; it makes no sense. So how much sense does it make for you to accept the blame for the poor judgment of a man allegedly created from dust?

The only way to rationalize a belief that God severely and excessively punished humans with the brain capacity of a literal pile of dirt is to believe that God is irrational and unfair. Since our beliefs heavily influence our behaviors, you can see the widespread effect of that particular belief. This provides significant insight into the reason so many interactions with humans on this planet are so irrational, painful and unfair.

This planet might be another planet's hell.Albert Einstein is credited with the insightful equation, E = mc2, which teaches us that everything is energy. Matter is slowly vibrating energy; physical life is slowly vibrating energy that decays and dies. At higher vibrations, energy is invisible, invincible and immortal. Spirit is high vibrating energy. God is high vibrating energy.

I am going to pause to make sure you understand the foundational premise of my workshops…

In DQWorkshops, I teach that you are a soul created in the image of the invisible, invincible and immortal God. You are a soul who was known by God before you entered the womb. You cannot be seen with the physical eye. You cannot be overpowered. You cannot be destroyed. I could be wrong, and you do not have to agree with this premise. Remember Aristotle’s words: “An educated mind can entertain a thought without accepting it.”

I encourage workshop players to be discerning, be challenging; question everything, even me. If I say something that does not make sense to you, discard it. If nothing I say makes sense to you, I am not the teacher you are seeking.

If you are still with me, I will continue…

Souls who visit the physical world cannot be visible unless they are wearing something that vibrates at a painfully slow frequency; what I call a “human body costume.” Your costume is equipped with a brain that does not know everything you know and cannot think as quickly as you think. It cannot even recall why you slipped into the costume in the first place. The costume also has this curious and sometimes annoying trait called a personality. But that’s another story.

Your costume has desires that do not match yours, and it acts as if it can impose its will on you; it thinks it is in charge of this adventure. Your costume never acknowledges you or consults asks you for guidance, so on occasion you have to assert yourself. You say no, and the costume is deeply disappointed.

Everyone you see is also wearing one of these heavy costumes. They say you are the costume, and one day you will die. What is wrong with them? This costume is not who you are, just as the clothes or shoes they wear on occasion are not who they are.

They say God loves you; you knew that. You realize they were talking about your costume, not you. Huh? Then they say you are not worthy of being in God’s sight. You look down at the ever-present loving glow within you. God is still there, as always. Are they blind?

They say God blames you for doing things it did not do. They say even your costume’s good deeds are “merely a filthy rag.” It is all so confusing and conflicting to your costume, who is flying blind without benefit of your wisdom. The costume seeks clarity, but questions are discouraged, so it swallows it all and considers it all Truth.

This incongruent messaging about who you are, who God is and how God feels about you leads to what scripture calls “double-mindedness” and what George Orwell labeled “double-think.” This condition further impairs your costume’s ability to help you fulfill your purpose for this lifetime.

I designed my Drama Queen Workshops to help you overcome a lifetime of indoctrination that manipulated you with fear and separated you from the Divine Spirit that dwells within your costume. My mission is to support the fulfillment of your mission. I help you connect body costume and spirit, embrace the divinity within it, and detect contextual clues to unmask and fulfill your purpose before your final curtain falls.

DQWorkshops are for Thinkers

You will know DQW is right for you when the mere mention that you are an immortal being triggers a memory. It makes sense to you; it excites the part that knows this is your life, not your body’s.

DQWorkshops invite you to think a newer thought. You will discover a rational explanation for everything and everyone you have encountered in this lifetime—and how they are linked to your soul purpose.

To know whether a DQW is right for you, I ask you to determine whether these foundational premises ring true for you:

    1. If God is Love, and Love does not harm its beloved, God would not harm you.
    2. You are a soul, temporarily wearing a human body costume. Like all souls, you did not come here to stay. This is not Home.
    3. The time you are spending in this physical realm is not random. It was planned; you know why you are here. Your costume probably does not.
    4. There are forces on the Earth that would like to slow your progress, distract you from accomplishing your goal. Often they dangle shiny objects that have no ethereal value and encourage you to think about nothing but material wealth.

When the curtain falls on your final act here, you will not be asked how your investment portfolio performed. Nothing in the material world has any value to a soul. So God wants you to be rich probably as much as your physical parents have a burning desire for you to put a hotel on every property in a Monopoly game. There is a reason the world’s most famous rabbi reportedly said, “It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God.” It is a distraction.

The experience you are having right now is the one you scripted before you arrive. Your costume might not like it, or it might be deeply disturbed or frightened by it. But you found eternal value in the challenge. Nothing on Earth lasts forever, even frightening and challenging times. You know what your costume does not: experiencing, accepting, overcoming and healing through these challenges will advance you to higher realms in the world that does last forever.

As many have discovered while reading my metaphysical memoir, “EARTH Is the MOTHER of All Drama Queens,” it is in our best interest for body and soul to collaborate and unmask our purpose for being on this planet at this time. We did not come here to have fun. Common sense and the slightest scan of world news reveals that this chaotic, discordant planet was not created for that purpose. Get what you came here for, and leave victorious.

Drama Queen Workshops are here to support your efforts.
